Business Presentation Guidelines

These guidelines are designed to help you prepare and deliver a clear, engaging, and impactful business presentation at the event.

Presentation Format

  • Duration: 10–15 minutes (including Q&A)
  • Language: English
  • Mode: Onsite (Dubai) or Virtual (Zoom/Online Platform)

Presentation Structure

Your slides should generally follow this format:

  • Title Slide – Company Name, Presenter Name, Designation, and Contact Details
  • Introduction – Brief overview of your organization and mission
  • Industry Insight – Trends, challenges, and opportunities in dermatology/cosmetic markets
  • Your Solution – Product/service overview, features, or innovations
  • Business Impact – Results, testimonials, or measurable outcomes
  • Future Outlook – Expansion plans, partnerships, or upcoming launches
  • Call to Action – Invitation for collaboration, investment, or distribution opportunities
  • Contact Information – Website, email, phone, and social media links

Design & Visual Standards

  • Use high-resolution images and readable fonts (minimum size 20 pt).
  • Keep slides clean, with a maximum of 6 bullet points per slide.
  • Avoid overcrowding slides—visual clarity improves audience engagement.
  • Use charts, graphs, and infographics to represent data clearly.
